Admin Officer (Japanese Support) - บริษัท โมริโรคุ โมบิลิตี้ โปรดักส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Provide admin support and coordinate tasks for Japanese management
• Arrange travel (flights, hotels, restaurants, golf bookings)
• Coordinate with government offices (e.g., BOI, visa, import documents)
• Support visa, work permit, and related documents for Japanese staff
• Organize company activities, events, and CSR activities
• Act as MC for company events when needed
• Handle general admin tasks and other assigned duties

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Japanese, or related field
• Experience in admin or Japanese support is a plus
• Good English skills (speaking and writing) 
• Japanese is a plus (N3)
• Good coordination and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Good communication skills; able to work with different cultures
• Service-minded, flexible, proactive, and responsible
• Able to keep confidentiality and handle urgent tasks
• Confident in public speaking (for MC role)
