Responsibilities
- Responsible for Laos segment including sales and marketing strategies, planning and sales campaign
- Conduct Laos market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Provide the products to Dealer and Superstore & Modern trade in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Monitor Team performance and provide the assistance when it is needed.
- Present, promote and sell products to the existing dealer & Super store & Modern Trad
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Reach out to customer leads through weekly/monthly visit
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years working experience in IT sales, Government, Education & Chain Store
• At able to work in upcountry/abroad occasionally/ work in Laos
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good command of both written & spoken in English
• Good relationship & able to work in under pressure
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong sales closer!
