Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control inspections on computer components to determine their condition (Good/Bad) in accordance with established repair process standards.
  • Manage and conduct battery testing following the annual test schedule or other defined testing requirements to ensure performance and safety compliance.
  • Analyze computer systems, including both hardware and software, to identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Record, document, and report daily performance results, ensuring accuracy and completeness for operational tracking and decision-making.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support overall departmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting effectively.
  • High attention to detail with clear and accurate reporting skills.
  • Experience in Technical Support or QC roles is a plus.
  • Able to follow standards, work collaboratively, and adapt to assigned tasks.
