Responsibilities
IT Support ensures smooth daily operations by providing timely technical assistance, maintaining systems, and resolving user issues efficiently.
User Support & Help Desk
• Provide Help Desk support by handling user issues via Email, VoIP, Microsoft Teams, and ticketing systems
• Coordinate and escalate issues to Infrastructure or Application teams when necessary
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment
• Provide first-level software support for O365 and web applications (e.g., login issues, access problems, application errors)
Hardware & Software Maintenance
• Prepare and install end-user devices, including operating systems and standard company software
• Maintain and update client software in compliance with company security policies
Network Support
• Provide basic support for network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Troubleshoot common network issues such as IP conflicts, internet connectivity problems, and intranet access issues
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in IT Support or Help Desk is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking
• Basic knowledge of network concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• Service-minded, adaptable, and a good team player
