Responsibilities
1) Finance Management
- Responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, and improving the company’s overall finance operations.
- Establish guidelines and procedures for financing activities
- Establish trade finance procedures for import and export activities
- Manage preventive measures for foreign exchange and interest rate risks in accordance with the company’s financial policies
- Establish financial planning and liquidity management procedures for the company
2) Accounts Receivable Management
- Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring accounts receivable operations in accordance with company policy.
- Establish credit terms and conditions for customers
- Establish guidelines for debtor account setup and debt write-offs
- Establish guidelines for debt collection
- Follow up and take legal action against non-performing debtors
- Improve and develop customer payment procedures to ensure they are modern and efficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPD license required
- At least 10 years of direct experience in Accounting and Finance
- Strong experience in finance management, accounts receivable, credit control, trade finance, and liquidity management
- Good understanding of banking and finance
- Experience in financial analysis, business performance analysis, and exchange rate forecasting
- Audit firm experience would be an advantage
- Good command of English for daily business communication
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and controlling skills

ปัจจุบันบริษัท เทอราโกร เฟอร์ติไลเซอร์ จำกัด มีกำลังการผลิตปีละประมาณ 600,000 ตัน และสามารถ ขยายกำลังการผลิตได้สูงสุดถึงปีละ 1,000,000 ตัน เทอราโกรมุ่งมั่นผลิตและพัฒนาสินค้าคุณภาพ เพื่อที่จะก้าวไปข้างหน้า และเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงสู่ความเป็นผู้นำในอุตสาหกรรมปุ๋ย ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรไทย ยกระดับมาตรฐาน สินค้าเกษตรและเกษตรแปรรูปของไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในตลาดโลก
