Responsibilities
1. Organizational Development & Transformation
- Lead the design and implementation of organizational structure, workforce planning, and operating models aligned with business strategy
- Drive change management initiatives, including restructuring, workforce optimization, and process simplification (lean organization)
- Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning
2. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, organization design, and performance management
- Provide insights and recommendations using HR data and workforce analytics
- Support leadership in driving productivity, engagement, and culture transformation
3. Performance & Talent Management
- Oversee performance management processes (probation, annual review, calibration)
- Drive talent review, succession planning, and IDP implementation
- Ensure alignment of KPIs with business priorities
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Translate engagement insights into actionable improvement plans
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture
5. HR Governance & Process Excellence
- Develop and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
- Ensure consistency, standardization, and scalability of HR processes
- Drive HR digital tools and process improvements
6. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields
- 8–10 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure in Organizational Development and HR Business Partnering
- Experience in both large structured organizations and fast-paced environments
- Proven experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, or change management
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership
