Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of group insurance products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the group insurance business through new client acquisition and expanding existing portfolios.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across industries.
- As a P&L owner; constantly monitor and analyze performance results of related points; top line numbers, sales production performance, solicitation cost, profit and loss, plan vs actual report, and portfolio mix to make sure bottom line meets company target.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including underwriting, claims, marketing, and compliance to deliver value-added services.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in broker/ group insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of group insurance products and the corporate insurance market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English would be advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Leadership mindset with a growth and client-first orientation.
