Responsibilities
- Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones to ensure that the most adequate
- supplier is used for a specific enquiry.
- Negotiate the best combination of price and lead time, in accordance with the specificities of the enquiry.
- Integrate indirect cost to provide landed cost to the sales department such as transportation cost, repacking cost, etc.…
- Preparing detailed purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Liaising with accounting department for goods received, invoices and payment requests.
- Liaising with the logistics department for the consolidation options and transport needs.
- Producing C/N, report claims or defective products.
- Work efficiently with team members and Manager to complete duties as required.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality with bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Previous experience in procurement or related position preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of import and export processes.
- Can Start immediately
