EHS Supervisor (Environment, Health & Safety) - Chonburi Site - บริษัท ฟิชเชอร์ เทค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

New Plant Setup at Phan Thong, Chonburi

• Plan, implement, and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and ISO standards.

• Conduct workplace risk assessments, safety inspections, accident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage environmental activities, including chemical management, hazardous waste, waste segregation, storage, transportation, and disposal in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Develop and deliver EHS training, safety awareness programs, emergency response drills, and promote safety culture (Safety Talk, 5S, Kaizen, Near Miss).

• Supervise contractor safety, security guard operations, access control, and emergency preparedness activities.

• Support internal, customer, and certification audits (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001), prepare EHS reports, and coordinate with all departments to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Certified Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) as required by Thai law.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EHS/Safety within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in chemical management and hazardous chemicals is required.

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Waste Management, Accident Investigation and Hazardous Chemical.

• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and report writing skills.

• Good command of English is an advantage.
