JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute the effective implementation of new product transfer methodology in the company / handling product launch aspects to ensure all target indicators are met                    

2. Execute integrated project teams, including sub-contractors to ensure successful new product launch’s meeting all target indicators.                                         

3. Lead the status of new projects and ensuring the effective execution of projects in line and adhering to the defined transfer methodology                                       

4. Ensure new projects ramp up plans are properly identified, executed, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders                                                       

5. Perform technical risk assessments and pulling right team and right focus to drive down the risk levels to mass production                                                               

6. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders (eg. CS, BD, Eng. OPS, Planning and Suppliers) to ensure seamless transition from development to MFG                          

7. Organize to manage the project engineer and NPI office for work efficiency 

8. Coordinate work function between NPI and other concern functions              

9. Maintain an overview of all assigned projects and communicate the status to management       

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Engineer, New Product Engineer in plastic injection molding manufacturing is an advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge relevant in PPAP, FMEA processes

• Good command of English and good computer skills.
