Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, and safety are consistently met.
- Lead and support the team to achieve operational goals and overall KPI targets.
- Ensure all processes comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements; solve unexpected operational problems.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in production or plant operations at a senior engineer level, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational improvement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Experience working in environments with strict safety and environmental compliance.
