Responsibilities
- Drive proactive recruitment and selection process for key and critical positions (end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and hiring)
- Manage employee probation processes end-to end, including evaluation, coordination, confirmation outcomes, and related documentation
- Analyze people and recruitment data e.g. manpower status, hiring timelines, probation outcomes, and turnover
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with partners/agencies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, agencies, and employer branding
- Maintain and update employee records
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment process and candidate experience
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, timelines, and budget
- Supervise and develop team member
- Prepare HR insights and reports for management
- Support OD and training for career path to align with employee, including competency assessments, IDP, L&D, mentoring & job shadowing, rotate roles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Experienced in recruitment around 5-10 years in Banking, Financial Services, Operations or related fields
- Good command of English in communication and writing skills
- Account and stakeholder management
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking & resilience
- Business acumen
- Data analytics with proficient MS Excel
