Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end overseas purchasing for raw materials, including RFQ, negotiation, PO, production follow-up, shipment, and importation.
- Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, quality, and compensation for supplier issues.
- Communicate and resolve purchasing and supply issues with overseas suppliers on behalf of the company.
- Coordinate supply chain, shipping documents, freight forwarders, customs clearance, and related parties.
- Monitor orders, production, shipment, and delivery schedules, and proactively identify potential risks.
- Verify purchasing documents, costs, and related information for accuracy.
- Maintain good relationships with overseas suppliers and support long-term cooperation.
- Prepare purchasing reports and analyze costs to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business/Trade, English, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas purchasing, import-export, or supply chain, preferably in raw materials.
- Good knowledge of international purchasing, import-export processes, and Incoterms.
- Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues with overseas suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and handle urgent situations.
