Responsibilities
1. APQP & PPAP Management
• Lead the APQP (5 Phases) process, ensuring all milestones are met according to the project master schedule.
• Manage the sample preparation, PPAP preparation (Production Part Approval Process) for customer approval.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings (Internal , External oversea) to ensure alignment between all section and group company.
2. Customer & Supplier Communicate
• Act as the Project leader for planning, technical contact for customers regarding any issues during the development stage.
• Review and approve Supplier PPAP submissions timing to ensure raw materials and components meet project specifications.
• Manage customer audits and process sign-offs (Run-at-Rate) during the trial phases.
3. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
• Lead Root Cause Analysis with concern section for solve problems
• Monitor and report on "Early Care" quality performance during the start of production (SOP).
• Supervise and mentor a team of APQP Engineers and Technicians.
4. Team management
• Consult APQP project with APQP engineer for project smoothly
• Monitoring team progress and support problem solving
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2 Experience 10 years in Automotive and New Model
3. Well understanding in IATF 16949:2001 and APQP
4. Basic communication in English
