Responsibilities
** สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี**
- ดูแลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของโรงงานผลิตผักและผลไม้ไฮโดรโปนิกส์
- วางแผนการเพาะปลูก ปลูกและดูแลแปลงผักและผลไม้ไฮโดรโปนิกส์ จนถึงกระบวนการเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิต
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสถานที่
- ดูแลและควบคุมสิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขอนามัย
- ดูแลคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย
- สะสมองค์ความรู้ด้านการเพาะปลูก โดยมีการสื่อสารกับที่ปรึกษาภายนอกเกี่ยวกับการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รี (ซึ่งอาจเป็นชาวญี่ปุ่น)
** สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี**
Qualifications
- ชาย/หญิง อายุ 32 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ พืชสวน วิทยาศาสตร์พืช หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในด้านไฮโดรโปนิกส์ การดำเนินงานโรงงานผลิตพืช หรือการเกษตรในสภาพแวดล้อมควบคุม
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจผัก/อุตสาหกรรมผักฟาร์มเกษตร ไฮโดรโปนิกส์ และการขายและการตลาดผักและผลไม้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการสถานที่ที่เป็นคลีนรูมหรือระดับอาหาร (food-grade) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่สำนักงานจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาได้
** สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี**
