• Control and plan the preparation of storage areas for goods, including designing storage areas to facilitate easy storage, retrieval, and inspection of goods according to FIFO principles.
• Planned, inspected, and rectified the receipt, issuance, and storage of goods in collaboration with supervisors.
• Support supervisors in planning manpower to match the workload, including supporting cost control planning for operations, and plan daily tasks for the receipt, issuance, and storage of goods to achieve targets.
• Plan daily operations for handling incoming goods, storage, packaging, and shipping in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure maximum efficiency. Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange and dispatch goods.
• Plan, control, and lead the team in conducting accurate inventory counts, including investigating the causes of lost goods according to the 8D Report principles. Coordinate and resolve issues related to the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Plan manpower allocation to ensure efficiency according to the workload.
• Supervise and plan the maintenance of equipment related to operations to ensure continuous usability.

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field, preferably Cold chain in the 3PL.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in warehouse management software, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), stand for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Able to work alternately during the day and night.
