Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers to understand customer’s financial goals in order to create stickiness and cross-selling other product
- Acquire and expand new deposit customer and retail customer to achieve bank target.
- Develop, set up and implement marketing strategies to acquire new potential customers.
- Recommend and execute transactions based on customer’s objective.
- Analyze customer’s current financial situation to provide guidance on saving planning.
- Leverage existing networks and referral from customers and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Deliver the excellence service to customer.
- Perform customer service related to branch activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in private wealth management or financial advisory service.
- Mange high-net-worth customer relationships and achieving financial target.
- Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present the information clearly.
- Proficiency in financial tools and using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Chinese and English speaking.
