Joining TNDS as a Data Scientist Manager means becoming one of the key drivers behind our data-driven business and decision-making culture. Our Data Scientist Managers do not only build machine learning models. Instead, you will lead teams to understand complex business problems, design analytical strategies, validate assumptions with evidence, and transform insights into real business outcomes.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Operations Teams, and Executives to solve real-world problems in Digital Banking, FinTech, and mission-critical systems.

• Lead end-to-end Data Science initiatives from business problem framing to deployment and monitoring.

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into measurable analytical frameworks and KPIs.

• Design and develop predictive models, anomaly detection systems, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions as required by business use cases.

• Drive experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and statistical validation.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Operations teams to solve business problems using data.

• Guide feature engineering, model validation, and analytical methodologies.

• Ensure data quality, reliability, and analytical accuracy across workflows.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

• Mentor and coach Data Scientists and Analysts to improve technical and business thinking capabilities.

• Support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of analytical systems.

• Promote a strong data-driven culture and encourage evidence-based decision making.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of statistics and mathematical thinking.

• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong experience in Python, SQL, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.

• Strong understanding of Feature Engineering, Model Validation, Experiment Design, KPI Frameworks, and Data Pipelines.

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms and MLOps concepts is a plus.

• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts in a simple and actionable way.

• Experience leading cross-functional analytical initiatives.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work under ambiguity.

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Digital Products is preferred.
