• Oversee polyester production processes.
• Manage production data and documentation for polyester processes.
• Provide training on polyester production processes to shift workers.
• Participate in research and development initiatives for polyester processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 0-2 years of experience; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage detailed tasks effectively under pressure and deadlines
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email
• Good command of English
• Ability to work on a 3-shift schedule
