• Supervise routine maintenance work.
• Develop and manage overhaul planning schedules.
• Monitor and control budget allocation.
• Manage and track overtime hours.
• Ensure adherence to ISO system standards.
• Oversee the work of internal staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.

• Age between 23 and 26 years old.
• 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field (new graduates are welcome)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrument.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work meticulously under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Internet, email).
• Good command of English.
