Responsibilities

Company: Network Training Center Co., Ltd. (NTC) 
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Network Training Center Co., Ltd. (NTC) is looking for an Account Executive (Sales) who will be responsible for building customer relationships, presenting training solutions, following up with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with customers, understanding business needs, recommending suitable training courses, and using digital tools, CRM, and AI tools to support sales work more efficiently. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance. 
• Research and recommend new business opportunities, training courses, and service improvements through personal contact, meetings, or telephone communication. 
• Visit potential customers for new business opportunities. 
• Provide customers with quotations and relevant training information. 
• Update the CRM system and input customer information accurately.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, training packages, and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present training courses to customers. 
• Investigate and resolve queries from customers.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Use AI tools to support sales tasks, such as researching customer information, preparing meeting notes, summarizing customer requirements, drafting follow-up messages, and organizing sales information.
• Use AI tools to help prepare basic sales materials, proposal drafts, training recommendations, or customer communication under company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to recommend suitable training solutions based on customer needs, business context, and course information.
• Support the effective use of CRM, digital tools, and AI-enabled tools to improve sales follow-up, customer management, and work productivity. 

Qualifications

• Thai nationality only.
• Female, age between 22–28 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields. 
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Executive, Customer Service, or related roles.
• Sound knowledge of IT sales or understanding of business solutions will be an advantage.
• Able to use digital tools, CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or related business tools.
• Interested in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools to support daily work.
• Able to use AI tools for basic work support, such as information research, content drafting, customer requirement summarization, meeting preparation, and follow-up communication. 
• Good judgment when using AI tools, especially when handling customer information, confidential information, or company data.
• Good personality with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
• Energetic, responsible, service-minded, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure. 
• Own transportation with valid driving license will be an advantage but is not required.
