1. Product Inspection

• Conduct inspections of electrical appliances and consumer products in accordance with customer requirements, inspection procedures, and applicable standards.
• Verify product conformity against specifications, quality requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and accurately record inspection findings, non-conformities, and observations.

4. Inspection Reporting

• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely inspection reports.
• Complete inspection checklists, quality documents, and supporting technical records.
• Submit reports within the required turnaround time while maintaining documentation accuracy.

3. Customer Coordination

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding inspection schedules, requirements, and findings.
• Understand customer-specific inspection procedures, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WI).
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, factories, and business partners.

4. Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain technical documents required by the company and customers.
• Ensure inspection records comply with Intertek quality management procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of inspection documentation and processes.

5. Compliance & Quality

• Perform inspections in accordance with Intertek Quality Management System and applicable safety requirements.
• Ensure integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout inspection activities.
• Follow company policies, ethics, and professional standards at all times.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in electrical product inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, testing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Certification

• Valid Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) Inspector Certification is required.
• Candidates must maintain the certification throughout their employment.
• Knowledge of Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) and applicable product safety regulations is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Understanding of inspection methodologies, quality systems, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with customer SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and inspection procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer or factory sites as required.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of electrical appliance safety standards.
• Experience in third-party inspection, testing, certification, or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical competencies.
