Responsibilities
- Assist the Section Leader in supervising and managing KOSEIKI section operations.
- Lead team members to achieve production, quality, and safety targets as assigned.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure they meet the production plan and company standards.
- Manage production costs efficiently, reduce waste, and enhance operational productivity.
- Coordinate effectively with related departments to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage resources, machinery, and equipment to maximize efficiency and utilization.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues arising in the production process, including implementing preventive measures.
- Improve work quality to meet technical standards and support continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process control. (Experience in printing, quality control, or related industrial fields is an advantage.)
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to handle and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, or relevant production-related software.
- English communication skills at a fair to good level (speaking/reading/writing).
- TOEIC score above 500 is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and continuously improve personal skills.
