Responsibilities
- Responsible for development of flexible packaging used in the production both food and non-food product.
- Develop flexible packaging materials, design and function of using with optimal manners in term of Quality and Cost.
- Strong understanding of shelf life, packaging property and the affect packaging and/or packaging systems can have on the outcome of product performance.
- Sample making laboratory result analysis to ensure specification are met customer requirements.
- Managed sample making plan and monitor schedules for on time delivery and good quality.
- Supervise work requestion and monitor the process of testing and sampling production.
- Recording and summarize the result of sample testing.
- Resolve and improve the quality of the product according to the requirement or standard of the company or customer.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Other job will assigned by report line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Polymer Science, Material science and Engineering in material,
- Experience in flexible packaging or Film production process.
- Knowledge in packaging / polymer / plastic materials / R&D field.
- Experience in R&D function in flexible packaging ( Film , Plastic ) longer than 2 years.
- Interpersonal collaboration, communication skill and able to work with others.
- Good attitude with creative initiative enthusiastic about work high responsibility.
- Statistical Analysis Skills
- Computer Skills (Microsoft, Excel, etc.)
- Good command in English languages.
