We are a packaging industry company specializing in shrink sleeve labels, pressure-sensitive labels, spouted pouches, and label application systems. Our group is headquartered in Japan and operates in Thailand.

Working Location: Customer Service Department, Sinsakhon Factory, Samutsakhon
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Order Processing
1. Receive purchase orders from customers
2. Create production orders based on customer purchase orders and coordinate with the production team
3. Respond to customer orders within the specified timeline
4. Resolve issues that arise during the production process
5. Follow up on customer orders
Customer Service
1. Provide customer service in accordance with established standards
2. Ensure on-time delivery according to customer requirements
3. Collaborate on solutions to resolve customer service issues
4. Provide after-sales service
5. Prepare reports as assigned
6. Collect and compile relevant data
7. Maintain and organize assigned data in accordance with requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Highly patient and calm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded with a positive attitude
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
• Good at problem-solving and handling unexpected situations
