Responsibilities
- จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ออกเลขหน่วยงานโครงการโดยใช้โปรแกรม SAP และ S-MOCA
- ติดตามและประสานงานใบ Purchase Requisition
- จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกต่างๆ รวมทั้งจัดเก็บและบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบของแผนก
- ติดต่อประสานงานเรื่องการวางบิล
- ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับชาวต่างชาติได้
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปวส หรือปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจหรือเกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการและแนวคิดพื้นฐานบัญชี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- สามารถใช้งาน MS Office ได้คล่อง ( เน้น word / excel / outlook / Power Point )
- สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารหรือส่งเมล์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- หากสามารถใช้งาน SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
