• Inquire product samples (base food science + regulation knowledge) from overseas suppliers.
• Arrange specification sheet and reverent quality documents for customers review,ensure that there is meet with FDA regulation and customer required.
• Training Sales team to understand concept, benefit and application of a new product.
• Repeat existing products and provide technical information.
• Liaison and support foreign suppliers to visit customers.
• Attend lab scale test (if any) to collect information and result then feedback to suppliers.

• Participate for investigation if customer found problem in technique or quality issue.
• Advise primary troubleshooting to clients.
• Update and renew document.
• Responsible for Meat processing laboratory.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Service, R&D, Meat Processing, or Food Ingredients (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Ability to share and transfer knowledge effectively
• Able to work on-site occasionally (upcountry)
• Patient, service-minded, and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
