1. Equipment Reliability & Asset Management:
Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, availability, and performance. Manage lifecycle performance of manufacturing equipment, utilities, infrastructure, and facilities. Monitor equipment health and identify opportunities to improve asset utilization. Lead asset criticality assessments and maintenance optimization programs. Implement reliability engineering methodologies to minimize failures and unplanned downtime.
2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs. Implement predictive maintenance techniques where appropriate, including condition monitoring and trend analysis. Ensure maintenance schedules are effectively planned and executed. Monitor maintenance KPI performance and identify areas for improvement. Optimize maintenance workload, resources, and spare parts management.
3. Manufacturing Support & Equipment Performance:
Support production by ensuring equipment availability meets operational requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, recurring breakdowns, and process interruptions. Analyze downtime data and implement corrective actions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to improve equipment capability and process stability. Support new product introduction and production scale-up activities.
4. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence:
Apply Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve equipment performance. Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects focused on: OEE improvement, Downtime reduction, Cost reduction, Energy efficiency, Waste elimination, Support Eaton Business System (EBS) deployment and initiatives. Promote 5S and visual management standards across maintenance operations.
5. Capital Projects & Engineering Improvements:
Support facility expansion, equipment installation, and plant improvement projects. Participate in equipment specification, procurement, commissioning, and validation activities. Manage engineering modifications and upgrades to improve reliability, safety, and productivity. Ensure project activities are delivered within budget and agreed timelines. Coordinate contractors and external service providers during project execution.
6. Automation & Digitalization:
Support automation initiatives and smart manufacturing technologies. Utilize maintenance systems and performance data to improve decision making. Assist in troubleshooting PLC-based controls and automation systems. Support implementation of digital maintenance tools, CMMS systems, and data collection technologies. Drive predictive analytics and equipment monitoring initiatives when applicable.
7. Safety, Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS requirements, safety procedures, and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safeguards for maintenance activities. Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation. Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and engineering standards.
8. Spare Parts & Budget Management:
Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintenance consumables. Ensure adequate availability of parts while minimizing inventory costs. Support maintenance budget planning and expenditure control. Identify opportunities for maintenance cost reduction without compromising reliability.
9. Technical Training & Capability Development:
Provide technical coaching and training to maintenance technicians and production personnel. Develop equipment maintenance standards and operating procedures. Support knowledge transfer for new equipment and technologies. Build technical competencies within the maintenance organization.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Production, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Engineering teams. Support customer audits and technical assessments when required. Collaborate with regional and global engineering teams to share best practices. Provide technical recommendations to support operational objectives.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting production equipment, facilities, and utility systems.
• Ability to work at Golf Pride Thailand, Nakhon Ratchasima.
• Flexibility to support manufacturing operations when required.

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
• Experience with automation systems and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement projects.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
