Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and develop solutions to resolve production issues and improve production yield for all products.
- Collect and evaluate data for process controlling and continuous improvements.
- Test and prepare standard operating procedures and work instructions for new processes and new products.
- Interface with new product development teams to facilitate the launch of new products and processes.
- Analyze quality data, formulate corrective actions, and lead problem-solving teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and report on potential improvements for implementation.
- Evaluate and refine manufacturing process work instructions, assisting in the development of clear and concise documentation in accordance with quality requirements.
- Improve the cycle time of production processes.
- Monitor and enhance plant production processes.
- Validate plant work processes.
- Utilize and implement Lean manufacturing tools.
- Support and utilize ISO 9001/14001, Eaton Quality System, Lean Audit, and EHS standards.
- Provide manufacturing support as required.
- Control and maintain manufacturing processes to meet all requirements specified in the control plan.
- Coach and retrain operators and technicians to enhance their skills and development.
- Motivate and promote effective teamwork within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, rubber technology, materials, polymer sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing processes, specifically rubber injection and compression processing.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in integrating advanced rubber mold, tooling, and manufacturing technologies to achieve technical performance.
- Strong technical proficiency to develop and apply state-of-the-art materials technology to highly engineered technical products.
- Familiar with Lean Kaizen &Six Sigma and Cost Saving project.
- Experience in Process Control &Process Improvement
- Good analytical skills and systematic approach, observations and quick learning &quick actions
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative, drive for results, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Nakhon Ratchasima.
