Job Responsibilities : 

1. Infrastructure & Utilities Management

• วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบสาธารณูปโภค เช่น ถนน ไฟฟ้า น้ำ ระบบขนส่ง 

• บริหารโครงการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและรองรับการเติบโตของเมือง 

2. Safety & Security Integration

• วางระบบความปลอดภัย เช่น CCTV, Smart Security 

• นำเทคโนโลยีมาช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและลดความเสี่ยง 

3. Sustainable & Smart City Development

• พัฒนาโครงการตามแนวคิด Smart City / Green City 

• ใช้เทคโนโลยี เช่น IoT, AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานและทรัพยากร 

4. Traffic & Parking Management

• วางแผนระบบจราจรและที่จอดรถให้เหมาะสม 

• ลดปัญหาความแออัดและเพิ่มความสะดวกในการใช้งานพื้นที่

Job Qualifications : 

• ปริญญาตรี/โท ด้าน Urban Planning, Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาเมือง / Smart City / Infrastructure 

• เข้าใจระบบ Facility Management และเทคโนโลยีเมืองอัจฉริยะ 

• มีทักษะด้านการบริหารโครงการ และการประสานงานหลายฝ่าย
