• Welcome customers and arrange appointments for project visits.
• Provide comprehensive project information through both online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with banks regarding pre-approval and mortgage loans.
• Assist in preparing contracts and transferring ownership with relevant departments.
• Liaise with the construction team to ensure smooth handover of properties.
• Deliver documents, house keys, and provide property orientation to customers.
• Conduct market and competitor surveys, and propose insights for product development.
• Analyze customer data and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Report sales performance and participate in weekly summary meetings.
• Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the sales office to welcome customers, including office equipment, contract documents, project brochures, and other related materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze markets and competitors, and handle customer objections effectively.
• Knowledge of housing/mortgage loans (an advantage).
• Ability relocate according to project assignments.
• Strong motivation to earn a high income through commissions.
• Ability to work 6 days per week, with days off on weekdays.
• Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) for sales communication.
