Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, analyze performance, and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies to align with market trends and business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets in alignment with KPIs and optimize media channel selection to maximize campaign performance and effectively reach target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including tracking sales data and maintaining records in the marketing system to identify strengths, weaknesses, and competitive advantages.
- Propose and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to enhance project visibility and increase market share
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, market analysis, and promotional campaign management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools with the ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to drive and possess a personal vehicle, with the flexibility to travel across Bangkok, the metropolitan area as assigned.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
