Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment & Audit Planning: Identifying key risks and controls to support risk-based audit planning, ensuring all engagements align with organizational objectives.
- Engagement Execution & Assurance: Conduct independent, objective audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes, maintaining high professional standards for audit evidence.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, concise reports on audit findings and recommendations; communicate results to management and the Audit Committee to drive operational improvements.
- Follow-up & Monitoring: Monitor and verify the status of management’s corrective action plans to ensure risks are adequately addressed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Internal Audit or related field.
- Strong understanding of Accounting principles, Corporate Governance, and Internal Control frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-leadership, well-organized, and proactive.
