Maintenance Section Manager – Facility (PCB Manufacturing) (Lat Krabang Industrial Estate) - บริษัท เคซีอี เทคโนโลยี จำกัด

• Electrical distribution (MV/LV) & Solar cell
• Compressed air systems
• Chilled water and cooling towers
• HVAC and cleanroom systems
• DI water / RO systems (only PM /CM)
• Wastewater treatment (only PM /CM)

     Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production lines

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs
• Drive predictive maintenance initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime
• Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements

• Track and optimize energy consumption (electricity, water, gas)
• Lead energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects
• Prepare and manage utility budgets and cost control measures

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards
• Maintain ISO systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Lead safety programs related to facility and utility operations

5. Project Management

• Plan and execute facility expansion, upgrade, and installation projects
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop facility and utility engineering team
• Provide training and technical guidance
• Manage contractor performance and service providers

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of utilities, maintenance, and compliance
• Generate reports on system performance, downtime, and improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 8–12+ years of experience in facility/utilities management, preferably in PCB, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PCB manufacturing or similar wet-process industries
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems: PM, PdM, TPM.
• Experience with PLC, automation systems, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and wastewater treatment processes
• Certification in energy management or safety
