• Manage claims and review all claims pending on daily basis. 
• Manage end-to-end claim settling processes, follow-up and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients
• Negotiate settlements with insures and adjusters
• Build and maintain good client relations
• Co-operate with other interned departments to support overall operations
• Oversee property insurance procurement for all business units, ensuring alignment with risk exposure.
• Manage insurance claims, ensuring accurate and fair compensation.
• Review and monitor insurance risk management processes with all business units.
• Organize training programs to enhance staff knowledge related to insurance management.
• Prepare quarterly insurance reports and performance summaries for management review.
• Maintain and manage insurance documentation, risk analysis, and updates on domestic and international insurance trends for board presentations and meetings.
• Manage the insurance portfolio, assigning responsibilities according to team capabilities.
• Develop plans to mitigate property risks across all business units.
• Monitor insurance market information to support procurement planning with the team.
• Drive initiatives to enhance insurance knowledge and capabilities for team members and relevant staff across departments.
• Other duties an assigned. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or Business Administration or related filed.
• More than 10 years of experience in insurance management, claims handling, or risk management.
• Proven experience in insurance procurement, claims processing, and risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, corporate risk mitigation, and claims management.
• Skilled in reporting, documentation, and risk analysis.
• Experience in training or developing staff in insurance and risk management is a plus.
