• Verify completeness of statement from insurers with our internal record.
• Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts.
• Responsible for premium payable to insurance company, brokers payable and Client payable.
• Responsible for oversea payment.
• Manage Monthly Submission of tax reduction expense with complete document support.
• Analyzing data and reconcile all accounts which related to account payable.
• Be a contact person for all insurance companies if there is any discrepancy clients and resolve the problems.
• Quarterly report submission to Office of Insurance Commission (OIC)
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Age not over 40
• 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting fields, Insurance business is the plus
• Good command in English both reading and Writing
• Excellent in Microsoft excel
• Details orientated and quick learner
• Be able to handle multiples tasks and willing to work hard
