Responsibilities
1. International Market Strategy: Identify and analyze target markets globally to align with business objectives and expand the international customer base.
2. Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively approach overseas customers and generate leads to maximize the sales pipeline.
3. Technical Consultation: Act as a focal point of contact for international clients, clarifying technical specifications and commercial terms to ensure mutual understanding.
4. Internal Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, and Production) to evaluate customer inquiries and ensure technical feasibility.
5. Quotation & Proposal: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate quotations and proposals to customers within strict deadlines.
6. Sales Closing: Follow up with customers, negotiate terms, and execute necessary actions to increase the "winning rate" of contracts.
7. Revenue Management: Manage sales activities to meet and exceed the assigned revenue targets for the international market.
Qualifications
1. Age: 30 - 45 years old.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
3. Preferably in: Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
4. Note: Other engineering-related backgrounds are acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience.
5. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales for industrial products or international sales.
6. Language Skills: High proficiency in English is mandatory (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) to communicate effectively with foreign clients.
7. Excellent presentation skills in both English and Thai.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with a "Can-do" and "YES" mindset.
9. Growth mindset, willing to learn, perseverance, and never give up.
10. Good planning and organizational skills.
