1. Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
2. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
3. Achieves objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
4. Prepares and completes the marketing action plan.
5. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
6. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
7. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
8. Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
9. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
10. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits
11. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data and trends.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
2. Excellent spoken and written both English (TOEIC scores minimum 550 is required.)
3.  3 - 5 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
4.  Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal, communication with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences 
5. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
6. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
7. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
8. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
