Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงาน เช่น เซ็นเซอร์ มอเตอร์ควบคุม นิวแมติกส์ เป็นต้น
- จัดการดูแลลูกค้าเก่าและพัฒนาการหาลูกค้าใหม่
- ให้การฝึกอบรม การสนับสนุนแอปพลิเคชัน และความเชี่ยวชาญทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า
- พยายามอย่างยิ่งที่จะยกระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และเทคนิคการขายอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านการฝึกอบรมภาคปฏิบัติ
- สื่อสารและให้ข้อเสนอแนะกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายอย่างต่อเนื่องในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานการณ์ตลาด ข้อมูลคู่แข่ง ผู้เข้ามาใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์ และอื่นๆ
- ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง และตระหนักถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญในการดำเนินงาน เช่น การลงทุนใหม่ การขยาย การหดตัว การลดขนาด การเลิกกิจการ และอื่นๆ
Components Sales Engineer
- Responsible for sales activities of factory automation products such as Sensor, Control Motor, Pneumatics etc.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new customers
- Provide training, application support and technical expertise to customers
- Make strong effort to continually upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques through on-the-job training
- Communicate and feedback to sales manager constantly on matters relating to market situation, competitor information, new entrants of products & etc.
- Monitor customer's performance constantly and be aware of any major change in operations such as new investment, expansion, contraction, retrenchment, winding up & etc.
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่
- อนุปริญญาหรือสูงกว่าด้านวิศวกรรม, วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
- มีประสบการณ์ ในการขายอะไหล่เครื่องจักรในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะอุตสหกรรมยานยนต์, อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร, อุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า, อุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก รวมถึงหากมีประสบการณ์ขายพวกเซนเซอร์ วาล์ว หรือแบรนด์ Koganei, Oriental Moter, Panasonic, Nitta Moore, Airtac จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ขายระบบอัตโนมัติทางอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษเงินเดือน : ตามตกลง (ไม่รวมค่าเสื่อมรถยนต์)
- อายุไม่เกิน 27 ปี
- วันทำงาน : วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ (8.00-17.40 น.)
- สถานที่ทำงาน : ทาวน์อินทาวน์ ลาดพร้าว94 กทม.
Components Sales Engineer
- Degree in Engineering of Electrical, Electronics, Control System, Instrument, Mechatronics
- Experience in Factory Automation Control System and solutions will be an advantaged
- Knowledge of industrial automation, industrial products
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
- Experience in handling similar parts for Food & Beverage or Automotive or Electronics or Semiconductor or Metal industries
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales of industrial automation products
- Good command in English communication and computer literacy
- Own a vehicle with a driving license is preferred
- Age not over 27 yrs
