Responsibilities
1. Leads the site Logistics function, defining and setting overall strategy and direction in full alignment and integration with local, and oversea operating.
2.Utilizes proven standards and develops new as the needs arise to achieve both strategic and operational success.
3. Develops and implementation process of Inbound, Outbound and Warehouse as work flow work function.
4. Directs all activities of warehouse & Logistics function. Implements all systems and processes for maintaining control of
- Transportation Cost
- Warehouse & Logistics Cost including labor cost and others
- Inventory and transaction accuracy,
- Zero delivery error to customer
- No Customer complain Package
- Storage methods and facilities,
5.Domestic and international transportation programs and housekeeping
6.Enforces the implementation of and use of ERP and its accuracy. Coach warehouse team on ERP improvements.
7.Coaches and develops staff via effective performance and development planning. Including yearly performance reviews.
8.Ensures that training and other personal development methods are being utilized for the development of subordinates.
9.Assigns and manages resources, and monitors the performance against the assigned duties. Organizes training - content and opportunities - to ensure staff members are able to properly perform their jobs and operate in a safe and compliant manner.
10.Manages projects and initiatives related to capacity utilization and optimization. Leads process improvements in the area to meet/exceed efficiency targets. Even when needed establishments of Capital requests to support business operation.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in fields of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or closely related discipline engineering, or manufacturin
- Male Age 35-40 years, Must possess a minimum 5 years of logistics function and 3 years for management experience
- Advanced conflict Management and negotiation skills required
- Experience managing critical projects required
- Strong goal-setting, team leadership, coaching and development skills required
- Must have a working knowledge of Trade Compliance responsibilities, on the import and export sides of the Logistics business
- Should have excellent technical writing ability, and oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP system SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX are an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English
- Strong in computer skills i.e. MS Office, preparing report.
Knowledge of ISO9001/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 are an advantage.
