Responsibilities
1. Analyze problems, identify the root causes of machinery, and find appropriate preventive measures.
2. Control maintenance expenses and all expenses within the department.
3. Control the management of the spare parts inventory.
4. Coordinate and provide assistance to various departments to achieve organizational goals.
5. Supervise the recording of various related documents and establish a data collection system for repairs and modifications of machinery in the production line.
6. Improve and develop machinery to be ready for use at all times.
7. Control energy conservation within the factory.
Qualifications
- Male
- Age between 35-45 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Have maintenance work experience of at least 2 years
- Able to write PLC programs
- Able to design electrical control circuits (Control Circuit)
- Able to oversee low voltage electrical systems
- Able to work well under pressure
