• Manage internal KPIs, including Scrap, FTT, and customer.
• Oversee supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
• Drive quality initiatives through the FR board process.
• Control launch readiness for new and current programs.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing audits and quality issues.
• Facilitate 4M changes and secure customer PPAP approval before shipping.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive or a related industry.
• Proficiency in English and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
• Specific knowledge in Green Belt (Six-Sigma), 8D Problem Solving, Core Tools (MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP, APQP), GD&T, PPAP, DFMEA, IMDS, FR, QC 7 Tools, and 3-Legged 5 Whys.
• Experience with internal audits and ensuring compliance with internal procedures, coupled with a quality-oriented mindset.
• Foundational management knowledge for emotional intelligence.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Critical thinking skills for addressing challenges.
• A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning.
• Knowledge of CQI, CAB Furnace, and Assembly processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with internal and external parties.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills using various tools, including those applicable to human-related issues, is a plus.
