Material Planning Officer - บริษัท ฮันออน ซิสเต็มส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Plan and control import part orders based on demand and production requirements, maintaining optimal inventory and safety stock levels to prevent material shortages and minimize inventory costs.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to confirm orders and delivery schedules, monitor shipment status and in-transit inventory, and optimize container utilization to ensure on-time delivery and reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate with logistics and customs clearance teams to ensure timely import clearance and warehouse delivery.
• Maintain accurate data in the SAP system and prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, material shortages, and supplier delivery performance.
• Manage parts for new programs and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prepare and issue internal documents for 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve material supply issues and support continuous improvement in material planning processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of inventory management, import shipments, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong English communication skills for interacting with overseas suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
