Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities to maximize commercial value and return on investment (ROI).
- Drive sponsorship and partnership revenue through the acquisition of new sponsors, strategic alliances, and premium brand collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close partnership and sponsorship agreements that deliver mutual value and long-term benefits.
- Maintain regular engagement with partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and future collaboration opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Oversee all sponsorship, partnership documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of partner information, contacts, agreements, and sponsorship assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Event Management, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing and able to work outside regular business hours or at weekends, depending on event schedules.
