We are seeking ambitious quantity surveyors wanting to pursue careers with Altus Group, a leading provider of independent advisory services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support senior staff and management in providing a variety of professional quantity surveying services to new and existing clients and have ability to gain clients satisfaction and obtain repeat works.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pricing of estimates and cost plans;
• Assist in VE preparation;
• Measuring quantities for BOQ’s and variations;
• Pricing of BOQ's
• Attend and participate in design team meetings;
• Undertake site visits throughout Thailand and complete valuations of work on site;
• Assist in assessing and negotiating contractors variations and claims;
• Assist in preparing and updating Cost Reports;
• Undertake cost analysis;
• Supporting and reporting to the Senior staff, Associates and Associate Director

• Knowledge in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying will be an advantage ;
• Knowledge of BIM will be an advantage ;
• Experience in Civil / Structural, Architectural, Interior and M&E Estimating will be an advantage ;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai;
• Ability to use appropriate software and technology;
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Enthusiastic to learn and develop the skills required to advance;
• Focused on delivering high levels of quality with respect to work and service to clients;
