R/D Engineer - Toshiba Consumers Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1.Participate in and be responsible for the structural design and optimization of new products to ensure structural rationality and reliability.

2.Support in resolving structural and performance issues encountered during the product development process.

3.Assist in organizing, coordinating, and driving reviews, prototyping, trial production, and pilot runs at each stage of new product development to ensure projects are completed as planned.

4.Provide technical support throughout the full product lifecycle, including technology enhancement, quality improvement, and cost optimization.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mold Design & Manufacturing, Mechanical Automation, or related engineering fields.

2.3-5 years of experience in structural design for small home appliances or consumer electronics. 

3.Experience in mass-production product development is preferred.

4.Familiar with product development processes.

5.Strong understanding of material selection for plastic parts, structural design techniques, surface finishing, and manufacturing processes; knowledge of injection mold design and related production processes.

6.Strong teamwork spirit, ability to work under pressure, responsible and detail-oriented.

7.Proficient in design software such as NX UG and AutoCAD.
