Responsibilities
1.Lead the audit of new supplier introductions and participate in material quality reviews after the introduction of new suppliers or new components.
2.During the project trial production phase, follow up on incoming material quality issues and trial production products.
Material quality issues, promote supplier improvements.
3.Ensure supplier quality. KPI Achieve quality management and performance assessment of suppliers in aspects such as improving product quality.
4.Conduct irregular assessments of manufacturers .QPA, QSA Audit confirmation of quality issue closure, material consistency, and environmental special projects to ensure stable supplier quality.
5.Enhancement of supplier quality levels. Develop supplier quality improvement plans based on supplier quality performance, supervise completion, and enhance supplier quality levels through quality improvement activities.
6.Handling of quality issues. Organize the handling of incoming inspection quality issues discovered during production.
7.Timeliness and effectiveness of issue resolution, and track suppliers for timely improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Chinese Language , Engineering in Industrial , Electronics, Mechanics Materials or relate filed
- Good communicate in English , Chinese or Japanese
- Have experience more than 5 years of home appliance manufacturing industry/Quality/Product development
- Have experience more than 3 years of supplier quality management
- Have good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
- Familiar with ISO19001quality management requirements, as well as proficient application of related improvement tools such as 8D reports and PPAP
- Possesses strong execution, communication, coordination, and planning abilities, as well as good learning and stress resistance capabilities
- Working Monday-Saturday
