Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality issues in the market and ensure the Market Failure Ratio meets quality targets.
- Analyze and control failure costs related to market complaints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate product failures.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
- Provide updates on product quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance product standards.
- Work closely with subsidiaries, headquarters, and customers to resolve quality concerns.
- Attend meetings with customers, subsidiaries, and headquarters to discuss product quality and improvement strategies.
- Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, Quality Engineer certification, and knowledge of ISO standards.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of quality improvement.
3.Proficiency in quality management tools, statistical analysis software
4.Understanding of regulatory requirements, quality compliance standards, and best practices in the engineering sector
5.Demonstrated experience in scaling quality operations globally, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
6.Proficiency in a foreign language to facilitate international collaborations.
