Responsibilities
1.Responsible for quality control and process monitoring of the production process in the electronics factory, ensuring the quality of production products.
2.Responsible for coordinating quality inspection and testing of electronic products to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
3.Monitor and analyze production quality data, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
4.Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment.
5.Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and 5S principles.
6.Assist in continuous improvement plans and complete other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in electronic process control and testing
3. In-depth understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing standards
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset for improvement
5. Detail-oriented, problem-solving ability, and capable of working in a team environment
