Responsibilities

1.Design, develop, and improve molds and dies for washing machine components (plastic and metal parts)

2.Analyze forming issues (Injection / Stamping) and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap

3.Control and monitor mold production to meet timeline and quality standards

4.Coordinate with production, process engineers, and suppliers for mold development

5.Conduct mold trials and fine-tune molds before mass production

6.Perform root cause analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement

7.Handle mold maintenance (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance)

8.Prepare technical documentation such as drawings, work instructions, and reports

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mold Engineer , Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

2.Experience in mold and die in home appliance or automotive industry is preferred

3.Knowledge of Injection Molding, Stamping, and Tooling

4.Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG/NX, or CATIA

5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6.Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis

7.Good command of English (spoken and written)

8.Good teamwork and ability to work under pressure
